I don’t talk about it much, but I’ve dealt with anxiety and mild depression on and off throughout my adult life. Sometimes there is good reason for it. And sometimes it’s just my brain and my body messing with me. In 2010, I had a stress heart attack caused by a toxic work environment. Since then, I’ve had to find creative ways to ease my stress levels and my anxiety. In this video, I’m sharing one very special way using my favorite craft, paper beading.
