NO! There is no Team Leader or down line. You do not have to recruit new educators, although you can earn a one-time referral bonus. You make money through class registrations and product sales.
Yes. The course includes the best training techniques from my 25+ years of teaching adults! You’ll get step-by-step guidance, lesson plans, and a community of other trainers to support you.
No! Paper beading is an easy craft to learn, and also an easy craft to teach. You can start teaching the basic technique. You’ll have access to lesson plans from easy to intermediate projects so you can choose the lesson plans that you are comfortable with.
Each class module is pre-recorded so you can access it 24/7, refer back to it when needed, and go at your own pace. You have 365 days to complete the course and become a Certified Educator. If you join the Business Accelerator, all live coaching classes will be recorded so you can listen later if you miss the session.
When you register for the program, the $179 fee gets you access to all of the training you need to become a Certified Educator. Each year there is a $79 certification renewal that continues your access to all of the benefits including new course content, lesson plans, wholesale pricing, and your Certified Educator page and listing your classes on our Global Paper Bead Class calendar.
