Paper Bead Garden Hat Decoration

Learn how to decorate a garden hat with paper beads! It’s spring and I’m ready to be outside in the garden. I thought it would be great to have an adorable hat to wear in the yard or even to the beach this summer. Some of the paper beads I use in this project were showcased in past videos or are sold in digital templates at paperbeadrollers.com. All of the links are below!
