To be eligible for a refund:
- Mail the items you wish to return to the return address on your package with a tracking number. Postage must be dated within 14 days of your purchase.
- Email the tracking number and a list of items you are returning to contact@paperbeadrollers.com. if an item is defective, include the details in your message.
- Your refund will be issued within 5 business day of receipt of items and verification of condition.
Online Course Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with any online course you purchase from paperbeadrollers.com, you may request a refund within 3 days of your initial access to the course content. In some cases where content is released incrementally you may have additional time. Details specific to each course are outlined below.
